Training and Development
We focus not only on recruiting capable personnel, but also on the  professional development and potential of our working partners.  The company HR management system is based on the partnership and enterprise culture between the employee and enterprise. In order to help the new employee to adapt to the company culture, training covering enterprise culture, company system, product knowledge etc. is provided for HaiHua new employees. In accordance with different jobs and nature of work, training time lasts from a month to 6 months.
Haihua attaches great importance to experiential learning effects, and considers on-the-job training as the main way of employee development, which is another important way to acquire new skills.Each department contains specialized on-the-job training project for maximizing employees' performance, which aims to achieve business objectives. Machtec offers a wide range of courses by external trainers and the company experts.
Machtec opens a bidirectional promotion channel for employees.One way is combined with position demand to make the potential employees who own management ability and management smoothly grow up to a manager,  and the other is to help those who concentrating on studying technology through their own efforts smoothly grow up to a professional/business expert in the field, so as to provide vast space for the staff's career growth.
Compensation and Benefits
In Machtec, we have implemented a competitive pay system. To enable company in an invincible position, HR and other professional research agencies regularly survey data on wages, and adjust salary based on survey results and performance of the company staff.
Compensation and benefits system are based on positions and follow the general standard:business skills, work intensity, workload  and completion quality, which directly links to the working performance.
Employee's bonuses are closely related to the performance, which are paid according to personal monthly's responsibility, work performance and main complete project of the staff. According to the salary policy, our annual review and according modification will be made to ensure that the program can be balanced between market competition and cost.
We often hold collective activities such as sports, culture festival, creative competition, and invite all company staffs to participate, as well as sports activities, painting competition and creative competition for staff kids.
