Machtec (Tianjin) petroleum Equipment Company has just packaged 10 sets Soilds Control Equipment which includes 6 sets shale shake and 4 sets decanter centrifuge for company in Iran. This is the repeat order from this client.

 

Shale shake enables shaker to process heavier solids loads. And its feeder can be weir feeder or box feeder. The bottom deck of shale shaker made from stainless steel or carbon steel for costomer’s choice.
This time according to request of customers ,ZS/Z-5 shale shaker integrate  the technology of SWACO Mongoose Pro shale shaker and adopt Machtec composite shaker screen , AWD system ,etc . 
According to engineers feedback ,this time the noise of ZS/Z-5 shale shaker is much more smaller than other brands . whose capacity can up to 60 L/S ,
Decanter centrifuge is a patent design with the highest configuration. Bowl cylindrical and conical section of Decanter centrifuge are made from duplex stainless steel SS316L. Screw liquid discharge port and bowl solids discharge port are protected by tungsten carbide alloy.
